Released in 1984, Kellogg’s C-3PO’s Cereal was a limited-run promotion that brought the Star Wars galaxy to breakfast tables. Among the collectible premiums featured on the backs of boxes were cut-out character masks.

This example showcases Darth Vader, the saga’s most iconic villain, rendered in bold, jet-black detail with his unmistakable helmet and breathing apparatus. Kids were encouraged to cut these out and “become” their favorite character.
