Haggy (The Witch) - Kelloggs Corn Flakes False Faces mask (1953) - backside

$50.00

From the 1953 Kellogg’s Corn Flakes “False Faces” collection, this is Haggy the Witch — one of the earliest cereal box cutout masks ever issued. With her crooked grin, hooked nose, and pointed hat, Haggy perfectly captures the playful spookiness Kellogg’s used to engage children in the early 1950s.

Printed on the reverse of Corn Flakes boxes, kids were encouraged to cut out the design, punch holes, and tie it with string — which is why surviving examples in good shape are scarce today. A perfect piece of advertising history and Halloween nostalgia.
