Batman and Robin (2 sided) - General Electric Television - Promotional Advertising mask (1966) ++

$60.00

In 1966, the Batman TV craze swept the nation — and General Electric Television capitalized with this clever promotional giveaway. Offered exclusively through GE TV dealers, this double-sided paper mask flips from Batman on one side to Robin on the other. Distributed as part of their “Holy Batmask!” campaign, these were handed out free to kids just in time for Halloween while parents shopped GE’s latest TV models.

Printed in bright, bold comic-book colors, this mask remains one of the most unusual crossovers between advertising, superhero culture, and cereal-era style ephemera. Survivors are scarce, as most were discarded after play.

Measures approx. 7.5" x 10.5".
Includes original “Holy Batmask!” advertising reference.
Vintage original (1966), not a reproduction.
